2007 Technology Survey

Here is the 2007 survey on Realtors and technology by the NAR's CRT.  Keep in mind that most respondents were Realtors in companies of less than 25 agents and had under 10 sides per year. 

• More than half spend over $1000 per year in tech.
• 64% wanted more tech from their brokers
• 45% spend more that $500 annually for their web site
• 67% are interested or every interested in using a transaction management system TMS
